I think most bars / restaurants are to small for enterprise and the way that most restaurants are setup they are franchised with there own billing. and right now they have to deal with all kinds of local cable / broadband systems and if you have good cable / fiber then why pay more for slower /...

and some are in areas that don't have access to good broadband other then 5g and with some streaming channels due to the inability to furnish an IP Address location. You do get an real IPv4 with some of the 5g systems. also they may have caps / slow down points.

and what will fill what commercial establishment need? some areas don't have the bandwidth to push 10-15 HD feeds at the same time and if 4-5 bars on the same cable node need to do that? will commercial establishment really want to deal with 2-5 different box types? over 2-5 differnt accounts...

make the channel / games ppv forceing the high cost EPSN and RSN onto most plans is driving costs up. Also other stuff like the ad fee diseny channel used to be an paid add-on channel now it's forced into just about all plans.
