I think you are speaking with your heart. Fact is that Voom will shutdown April 30. This is confirmed by the SEC filing, Voom Customer Service and the website. All other is speculation!!

Are you talking the $1.00 commitment? If so, just do it, if they will install. Worst you will be out is $1.00 plus a month of programming. And not even the month, you will get programming for as long as it last. And if vOom will go dark, you will not need to pay for service. That's how simple it is.

Voomllc was redirecting since the on-off episode in february. Nothing changed. So, don't read anything into that. Nothing different as a month ago. It always was redirecting after the Chuck-Jimmy 'website' fight.

I am not sure if one customer leaving will make or break voom. But the 'no DVR', no 'RSN' is getting old. If you really can't wait, you just have to switch to another provider. You know that when you sign up. And for broken promises, had Directv, had Dish, and not often one kept their promises...
