I intend to be watching Voom at 3am May 1, 2005 (the plan being a short afternoon nap, and buckets of coffee). If that means my STB will no longer work for OTA, so be it. It's a trade I'm willing to make.

Glad to hear it. I haven't heard nearly as many billing complaints around here lately -- seems Voom finally got that aspect pretty much together, just in time for the end -- but I gotta imagine it'd be a bit of a PITA to fix a billing problem after they've gone bye-bye.

I don't think anyone wants this to happen, but if the only other option is that Voom disappears forever along with all the HD channels we've grown to know and love, well....suddenly being part of E* might not sound so bad to some.
