    It's over for me

    I live 30 miles from Tampa and initially had a hard time getting most of my OTA channels. I called VOOM and viola, they came out, upgraded my antenna, and have been a happy camper ever since.

    Shaky Start...But Hoping

    Call VOOM back and request a more powerful OTA antenna. That's what I did and they installed a new one (no charge) and I get all my OTA channels. I had some glitches after the initial install but all is fine now and I'm in HD heaven.

    Silent Majority

    Ditto here. There are always problems with new technology and I have had my fair share with Voom. But, they have been quick to correct them and as far as I'm concerned, they have bent over backwards for me. I plan on staying with Voom and count me in as a satisfied customer.
