Lob...I certainly will...particularly because that is what I was approved for on my initial upgrade last summer...the problem then was that any installer that called in advance seemed to want to give me something else. I don't really think I (or anyone) should have to go to these measures...

Lob, it's a Winegard HD7210, with a pre-amp. Cliff, I've tried changing the hours, but even getting an early start first thing in the morning doesn't seem to improve things. :D :D I'm pretty sure that all my locals are at full power, but will do some more research to confirm. Vicki :)

To find out your signal strength on each channel, press the VoOm button, then press the green button twice. That will bring you to the page where you can skip down to "System Status". Push OK, then page down (I think it's two pages). It will tell you your Satellite Signal Quality and your OTA...
