I did not get a DVI cable who do I call to get one?

After a bad experience. My Voom is up and works great. I get all my local channels except one UPN. It's mapped but I get no signal. I have done both and no go. I get the low number channels but not the higher number channels. EX. I get all locals and hdn and the first three or four cinema but that is it.

yes my signal power is 40 and my ota signal power is between 87 and 91. the channels I get are stunning.

When i got home last night the light on the receiver was green but I can't watch all of my channels. Some channels come in but others I get no signal from satallite and then the channel number.

Is anyone running Voom from there E* 61.5 Dish?

I'm sorry I did not explain my self very well. I'm receiving OTA thru my 801 I get nothing from the Voom receiver. My install is set for today. They just called and will be here at 10:30 central time.

Should I call me installer before hand and tell him I don't want a diplexar? Or should I just wait untill the installer comes out?

Thanks for the responce Sean. Ok I should NOT use a diplexer and have two lines run one for OTA and other for Dish. I will give the installer a call on Monday before the install. Any other things I should do?
