Sean: My fault for a poorly worded question. I've already been in touch with Wilt. He's done what he can do from his position and now I need to deal with Installs, Inc. So, nobody has been identified as the replacement contact for Joe Harkins?

Sean or anyone: I need to follow up with Installs, Inc. on a situation. I've reviewed many pages of this thread and the thread about Joe Harkins leaving and I can't find any info on a replacement. Is there someone specifically we should contact with Installs, Inc. or are we just left to fight...

You get all kinds. Hugo was just the opposite. Thinks Voom is a fantastic idea. He has it at home and loves it. He couldn't have been a better ambassador for Voom.

I've read from other posts that Winegard's 30" dish (DS2078) with the RCA feed support works just fine. But, I'm having a heck of a time finding a Winegard retailer locally. Before I bite the bullet...

Well, ain't that a kick in the pants. So, my installer wasn't as nuts as everyone made it appear (although it still doesn't sound like an optimum setup). How come everyone else says it flat out won't work?

So, this supposed professional installer is flat out nuts? There's no way to use an active cable coax and have the sat feed running through it also? I objected when he suggested it. Told him I didn't think it would work. He insists it will. :no

OK. I've got one for you that I have not previously heard. I had a site survey done yesteday by an installer. He wants to combine the existing cable coax with the sat service. I guess just use a diplexer and use the existing coax already running into the house. That sounds like a horrible way to...
