Tried yesterday for the second time with no luck. Below is a portion of how my chat went.
ME : I'd like to see about getting the LCC (local channel connector) since we have lost our local NBC.

I'm in Phoenix and we lost our NBC. Tried to get the LCC via online chat and was told "because it was NBC, I was not eligible to get it." Made no sense to me, but maybe I'll try again.
Has anyone had any luck getting one during this dispute?
