Hello all! I'm fairly new to the whole Halo "experience" and I'm still trying to get the hang of things... problem is, I have next to NO friends online, and my Rep rating is still stuck at 3 :( I'm looking for some older gamers, preferably, as I'm 32 myself, and definitely not a hardcore...

I, too, got it for Christmas... this game ROCKS so far!! Now if only my family would give me a little peace, I might actually be able to PLAY it for more than 30 minutes at a time ;)

This sounds like a terrible idea to ME, man! If this is like a one time thing, I really wouldn't sweat it yet. I'd follow the others' advice and check your connections. I've seen specific threads on the RROD, and recall seeing one in particular that specifies what each light (i.e. one light...
