    TitanTV

Does anyone know how accurate TitanTv is? The only reason I ask is that it never lists anything for our ABC affiliate in HD, however when watching MNF last night I would swear it was in HD. It looked too good to be SD. And on the receiver for the channel it displays as WPTA-HD.

High gain or ultra-high gain antenna?

The way I understand it is bigger is not always better. If you overpower it you can have problems locking on the signal. I'm sure if I'm wrong I will be corrected in a hurry.

    OTA Ant input please.

I don't know which antenna is better, I tried asking that question a few days ago and have yet to receive a response. I live in Fort Wayne, and am trying to figure out a way to get Battle Creek MI HD channels. Fort Wayne only has HD on CBS and NBC. I want HD for Fox and ABC as well. And...

    OTA Ant input please.

I found the winegard for about 10 dollars more than the channel master shipped. I just have to wait till I get home to tell you where I found it. As far as splitting goes. I really don't know the answer to that one. My guess would be that it would be fine for just splitting it once. I...

    OTA Ant input please.

It looks like if you want fox you are going to need something in violet like one of these two: Channel Master CM3671 or the Winegard HD8200P

    Antenna Mast

I would say exaust reducers but I don't think that they make exaust pipe that small.

    Distant Locals OTA

After further review I might be able to pull in Battle Creek a little easier. It's North of here, at about 70 Miles. I'm thinking of either the CM3671 or the Winegard HD8200P. Anyone have experience with either? And will I need to add an additional pre-amp to it?

Does having aluminum siding inhibit OTA HD?

Does it not say that they can not prevent you from installing an antenna? Is it not a federal agency that has posted this? So at the very least it is a federal regulation then. Which is pretty much the same as law. If you break a federal regulation then you will be fined heavily.

    Distant Locals OTA

Isn't South Bend about the same distance? I haven't checked yet but with it being West of here it might be harder to get with the Fort Wayne Towers being west of here as well.

    Distant Locals OTA

Actually I am on the North side of Fort Wayne. However the towers for our locals are on the west side of town, don't know if that matters or not. I'm just frustrated all I want is football in HD. None of our local channels are broadcasting football in HD.

For those of you who have never been to Indiana, it is very flat. I don't think you can find a more wide open state, well maybe Oklahoma.

    Distant Locals OTA

Is there any way to get antennaweb to display distant locals. I live approx 115 miles from Indianapolis, IN and I want to buy some kind of super antenna to pull in the channels from the Indy market. The local channels here in Ft. Wayne are a little slow in the conversion to HD, and I'm tired of...

Does having aluminum siding inhibit OTA HD?

The way you install from the attic would be to first buy a mudring and cut a single gang hole in the wall, then go in the attic and find the header for that wall and try to find a point where you know where you need to be and drill approximately a 5/8 hole in the header. then you should be able...

Does having aluminum siding inhibit OTA HD?

You can install an exterior antenna it is against federal law for a landlord to prevent you from installing an antenna. http://www.fcc.gov/mb/facts/otard.html

My Local Fox Is Going Hd!!!

Yeah, in the same boat here. I keep emailing our fox affiliate and they are now telling me first quarter next year. so that more than likely means first quarter 2010.
