Even if you think the channels are lower channels, they are really not. For instance, all of my HD channels actually broadcast on higher UHF channels, for instance, even though it shows on my screen channel 10.1 and 10.2, the actual channel they broadcast on are something like 34.1 and 34.2...

Can you plug a pre-amp into the outgoing side of a combiner to provide pre-amp power for both antennas (Silver Sensor and rabbit ears)? then just run a coax to the digital antenna coax input on the HD reciever?

ok, so disregard getting anything for VHF? It just fells wrong....... I want the best quality i can get, wouldn't I need a separate VHF antenna in the mix?

Why should i get the Silver sensor (UHF) when I can get the Terk HDTVi (same antenna design, plus rabbit ears for VHF)(UHF-VHF)? Are Terks bad?

Silver Sensor looks good, but it is only UHF. So what VHF antenna should I buy to go along with it? Which combiner should I buy to connecte the Silver sensor to a VHF antenna?
