None that I know of. I've been tuning to channel 26 every day, hoping to find a signal, with no luck. At this stage, I don't know if anyone knows when they are coming back. And I don't think Dish will offer locals in HD before we see them OTA. I hope I am wrong.

I've been scanning for this channel (26.1, 26.2, 26.3) and can't get it. Does anybody knows when it is coming back (if ever)? It went off the air last september, and, last I heard, they were working with some antenna troubles, or something similar. Any info would be appreciated.

I believe it should be after. In my case, since I needed to feed 3 TVs, I added a three way splitter after my combiner (backwards splitter) and that resulted in getting my signal strenght down considerably. So maybe I will look at that option (pre-amp) later on. I really don't want to add one...

Hi I got choppy picture but it is because I seem to have low signal. Same on CW. That means I need to tweak more........ not too happy. 211 seems to be so picky about signal. My Vizio and my Digital Stream converter on other TV maintain their picture....

Nice that it is working for you, Pedro. :up I am still tweaking with channel 6, which looks ok everywhere but on my 211 it just drops signal. While this drop ocuurs for every tv, all other converters or tuners manage to stay viewable, the 211 goes to "lost signal" for a second, then comes back...

As far as I know, you need to separate the antennas so they don't interfere with each other reception. And you need to use a splitter, connected backwards. And a lot of luck. :) These are two sites, somewhat technichal, with a LOT of detail: Merging feedlines Combining or Stacking Two...

Didn't think I would let this rest as it was, did you? ;) OK, here is the latest: Went ahead and bought an omnidirectional antenna, the Winegard MS-2000 (amplified). Installed it and check my reception and.. not so good, no channel 2 or 4. A little tweaking and then I lost channel 6 also...

Thanks for the info, Nel! I am trying to decide if investing in a good onmi antenna would help. If someone has an omnidirectional antenna installed and can post their signal strenght, I would appreciate it.
