    apparently there is a way to do it via the OTA signal from one of the major networks. they are working out the actual details and should be up and running by the magic day. and don't forget. many more people are having no trouble with their Pals, than those that are. they are just quieter.

    all the approved converter boxes have at least a 75 ohm connection for in and out. The better ones also have seperate a/v connections

    I would suggest checking out titantv.com to find out which stations in your area broadcast HD programming. Please understand that HD and DTV are different parts of the question you didn't ask. DTV is noted on antennaweb.org with an asterisk. HD is not noted there as far as I can tell.
