    No, actually, it's the opposite. They are going to provide VoIP phone service with UVerse. It's just not there yet. They already allow you to sign up for UVerse-enabled DSL without a POTS line.

    Yes, UVerse has Court TV. You can get their channel lineups from http://att.com/uverse. I seriously doubt that AT&T gets programming from Dish. That would be a much deeper relationship than they actually have (which is basically co-marketing).
