    The thing is, TV stations are 1080I only. On demand movies are 1080p. At least that is the way my directv is. Although I can tell directv my max resolution is 1080 p, it only displays in that when needed.

    How do we see what the cancelation Fee for directv is? Im paying way too much for directv along with comcast for internet only. Like to see if 3 tvs with x 1 and internet will save me money over what im paying now.

    CUT it off? Is that what comcast is going to do when they come on Wed? Its not on the end of the cable to my house.. its on the distibution block...

    I have an appointment scheduled with comcast but I figured I would get a junp on things and re-connect the cable line that is outside. THere is some sort of security device on the jack so I can put in the little cable line.. is there any easy way to remove this? Thanks...

    yea They did that at my house where the line comes up from underground to my house...
