I would call Comcast and get another tech to clean that up. Also why did he run the wire under an outside door? Your first tech needs retraining on how to install cable correctly.
Directv with dishpro dish
It is not posible to get Directv signal with a Dishpro dish. You would need a legicy dish network dish for it to work with directv.
