Did they replace the gateway? That might also be the problem? Sometimes when I have had issues they do a reset from their end and it fixes the issue.

What a nightmare. After your set up I'd be all Over them for time wasted. Get credits and goodies your way. Speak to a supervisor when all is set up.

Remember there's no contract with Uverse. If your not happy with them, Terminate them! No disconnect fee. I love that!!
