I liked the old ZDNET/Tech TV channel. When it became G4/Tech TV it went down the crapper majorly. I remeber the old days when Tech TV covered things like MacWorld with live coverage etc...

I need to point a dish at 61.5 for SkyAngel, the Elevation for my zip code is 39 how far away would I need to have the dish from any obsticals, I know the signal comes in an angle and not directly hitting the section that the LNBF points to.

No roof mount that's for sure :-) But look at it this way, you could get every channel you wanted, and have Voom, Dish and Direct on all one dish :-) and rain fade would be less likely than normal :-)

What all was on I7? I know E* used to use it for locals in PA, Glad they dont anymore :-) I take that means less space on 121? now for LIL with E as it appears that a lot of the stuff on 129 moved to 121.

Another possiblity is the station might not want to spend the money to get their signal to the POP, If this is the case, Must carry does them no good, Must carry means D* or E* has to carry the channel if their elegible but that also means the station MUST get the E* or D* POP a "proper" signal...

Those that could/and have been affected by Ivan, how did E* and D* hold up durning the storms. I know your local NBC station lost their tower, are they still up on E* or D* ? Watched news coverage thru Ch15's website and the devistation was mind boggling, All those that are down in Alabama, Fl...

32 miles from Columbus, you should still be able to get at least the big 3.. ABC,CBS,NBC... Not sure about PAX but I beleive FOX is lower power, and I dont know about PBS (it comes from Westerivlle Area) and you should be able to get something from UPN 53. Good luck!

This would be the new Video Channel they developed with Spirit Communcations (the Founders/Owners of TVU Music Television and Radio U Network) both carried on skyangel... I believe this was SkyAngel's responce to dropping Praise TV they wanted to fill a void.. This would be it.
