    I have had Adelphia HD for some time. Just today I picked up the new HD DVR. I asked th CSR if the firewire was active, he felt sure it was. I picked up a firewire cable at Radio Shack. I hooked the DVR to my JVC HD VCR. My Mitsubishi immediately recognized the device as a firewire device!! So...
