    DVI active on 6412?

    I just got a motorola 6412 II installed, but I can't get the DVI to work. Pic comes up for 5 sec, then goes black. Is there a fix? In the settings, it says"HDCP Enabled: NO" is there a way to change this. Thanks in advance for the help.

    yes, but this goes from the cable box to the stereo tv - how would I get the digital audio to the home theater reciever if there is no digital audio out on the tv and the digital audio out on the cable box is disabled by the HDMI? Instructions say there should be a choice in the menus to...

    hd-dvr with hdmi but no digital 5.1

    It seems that using the HDMI cable on the hd-dvr unit disables all digital audio outputs! Can this be right - is there a workaround?
