    Thanks Jim I was thinking of registering the roku here in the US hoping it would retain the IP in its data memory and not search for an actual IP. What do you think? My Cyprus IP is static and I get just short of 10mbs to the US without a vpn so that should be ok.

    @ Dangue , Absolutely right. I am sure the carriers will first just increase costs to the consumer for the same cap and then halve the cap when they complain. Carrier win win, customer as usual lose or pay more

    I have a Roku 2hd and use Roksbox to share my pc saved movies that are in compatible formats, its free for 30 days and $15 to buy via the channel store. there are also a few free softwares to convert pc movies to compatible formats. It was a lot easier when Roku had a USB port!
