    Question about ESPN GamePlan blackouts

    The Texas/Arkansas game is being blacked out in my area (Montana) because my "local" ABC affiliate is scheduled to carry it. However, they are preempting it to carry one of the small local college's game...so I'm SOL. But as far as ABC/ESPN know, its available to me, hence the GamePlan...
