722k and ehd?

just got a 722k everything is good, except for the external hard drive.
external hard drive not recognized by 722k.
ehd is wd my book 750gb external hdd via usb2.
are these drives uncompatible with 722k?
what do i need to do to get this drive recognized?

if you have a 722k it would be a good idea to download all your timers to the 21.0 remote. I have a 622 and 722 and as of right now the 21.0 remote won't save all the DVR settings like the 722k will. Press and hold the system wizard key for a few seconds(the 0 key) it should copy all the system settings. If the hard drive crashes you have all your timer saved to the remote. I've been told this feature will be mad available in future software release for all Vip receivers.
