I have a few channels listed with a price. Some say included with top 250. If I'd uncheck some would my bill go down even if it's included in the top 250 package. ( I have the top 250 package)

If you are paying al carte for lets say RFD and Encore movies and you have the 250 package you are definitely being overcharged. I know someone that they forced from Absolutehd to the 250 package. They had previously been paying for RFD and encore movies al carte. E* were going to continue to charge for the al carte even though they shouldn't have.
That's not his question. If you have the 250, then a few of the al-a-carte stations are part of it and the website shows them checked even though you're not paying extra for them.

Correct, they only charge you if your package doesn't contain them. ie if you have AT200 and you want the Outdoor channel, you pay extra for the Outdoor Channel.
If later you move to AT250, then you don't pay extra for the Outdoor Channel.
