I had a Black Screaming Screen of Death on my 622 about 20 minutes ago or so... power button boot no help, power cord boot same... had to insert an old Credit card into the card slot to revive... It was a loud one too as I was watching a VOD show in the HT room and had to frantically mute and could hear it mirrored in the living room... looks like everything is good to go now.
