closed captions faulty after L2.91 download

The L2.91 software is causing the loss of closed captions on one of the tuners (prob tuner 2). I've reported it, plus tried all the hard reboot methods. DISH never believes that closed captions can be a software problem - but many of you know that the same issue happened last year and finally got corrected. If you are calling about any L2.91 issues could you please mention the caption problem. Thanks
