In the menu for 1.1 there are these selections..

Disable
1 Cascade M1: Port 1-4
1 Cascade M2: Port 1-4
1 Cascade M3: Port 1-4
2 Cascade M1: Port 1-16

What does these different modes do?

Well, when my MicroHD arrives, I'll get to find out ! I plan on running it on a 8 port diseqc 1.1 switch. Just like last time, try every combo, see what happens ! ?

Yes I have worked with this same menu in the Openbox and Manhattan receivers. No one has ever been able to answer this before. I hoped someone might know this time around.

Will provide a detailed explanation when I have more time.

Basically, with 1 Cascade M1: Port 1-4 the user is provided with the ability add for more switch positions to a non committed DiSEqC 1.1 switch by cascading the commands to a second DiSEqC switch connected to that port.
