Woke up this morning to find myself having TurboHD Gold!!!! I guess those multiple emails, multiple calls, multiple chats all paid off. I have less channels, but only the channels I watch and all in crystal clear HD. I couldn't be happier. My bill will also be $20 less per month now which is also awesome.
Thanks to all who had advice on how to switch and providing ceo@dishnetwork.com and ceo@echostar.com . I'm not sure which did it, but nevertheless I have it now.
