Hopper 3 won't power on , no led light at the bottom and shows no signal on TV

I have Just setup my hopper 3 with 2 joeys and it won't power on, no led light at the bottom and shows no signal on TV.

Take the hopper to another location in the house and plug it into Power . If the green light doesn't come on, chances are it's dead. Take the TV with you if it's easily moveable, check for a picture to appear. Even without sat signal coming to box you can still access a picture and DVR features.
If the receiver is dead call Dish/Dash depending on who you are and get an RA
