I'm enjoying my new hobby of FTA, but I'm kind of wondering about a few channels that are "up there" but scrambled. No, this is not a hack question, but a legitimate purchase question.
I see channels like...well say ETTV Taiwan that has five or six different channels locked up with Nagrivision or irdeto or something. Where do you go to buy access to this channel? And not just that channel, but the others that I don't find on Dish, or Cable, or anywhere but for some reason are scrambled.
Is there a compendium list of "packages" or "smart cards" I can buy to get access to some of these non-standard channels?
I'm not interested in hacks--just paying for extra services.
