I just signed up for new E* today with DISH salesman. The confirmation email does not agree with what I ordered. Now I can't get back to the salesman. The phone number he gave me (800-638-5555) does not allow me to get to his specific 5-digit extension. The voice menu offers several departments but not entering a specific extension -- and 0 or # don't work.
