Is charlie no longer in charge?

I have read on another website that man with the last name of Vogel has taken over the prez spot and day to day operations at dish network. Does that mean charlie is gone?????

guess I found out my answer on dish's site. Charlie is ceo. So he is still in charge.

Charlie owns all the "Class B" stock that has 10 votes per share.

That gives him 73% of total stockholder votes.

Nothing major happens unless Charlie wants it to happen.

Uh, yes, he is the CEO and Chairman of Echostar. That title pretty much makes it clear who is in large and in charge: Charlie.
