More and more streaming FAST channels on DISH

How do you get these channels? They don’t appear in the guide. Do you need a particular subscription package to get them?

You just got your new Hopper 3. It will take a few days for it to settle in. You also need to be internet connected to receive these channels.

I'm pretty sure AT120 or higher is required. I don't get them with Flex.

It’s connected. We watch other streaming channels but we don’t have these fast things. I’m guessing it’s not part of our package.

Something else to try. On your remote press Home 3 times, go down to Tools, go over to Guide Update and select it. Let it go through its process. Do you see those channels now?

I tried that, no change.

Do you have the 099 channels or are they missing also? Another couple of things to check - do you have any channels locked out? I have been bitten by that once. I locked out the shopping channels and accidentally locked out a channel I didn't mean to lock out. Also are you using a favorites list?

There’s nothing between 89 and 100. I’m told they may show up in a few days, so I guess I’ll just wait.
