Since we just signed up for service. is there a fee to cancel the locals if we can use an antenna and dongle. i know there's a fee to remove the protection plan under an x amount of time.

There is never a fee to change your programming
Wineguard is probably the more popular choice for a Dome
HDD's on any Hopper are up to 8TB

for the last question.. would i be able to pair the hopper with sling or even another hopper 3 with our current hopper 3 making 2 hoppers into one big hopper . double the tuners and recording space
