Moving - how does the subcontractot get paid?

I'm using the dish move program and was curious more than anything if the tech gets some sort of charge back since I'm having to move from the place he originally did the install & is the new install considered just that a new one? I feel badly since I'm having to move two months after the first install but really no choice. Thanks

As I work for a retailer I get paid the same as if it were a new install.

I think the retailer only gets charged back if the customer disconnects (shuts account off or does not pay) within a certain amount of time after a dish upgrade or dishmover / install is done.
