My 811 is taking forever to change channels

It started this a couple weeks ago. I thought maybe it was a new firmware problem. I have two 811's, and one seems to be a little slower than the other. Does that make sense? If it is the LNB switch, will it get slower and slower, or what can I expect? Thanks.
