No Info on HBO Channels

I just got the 3 months free HBO/Showtime and the channels appear OK but with one problem. They all show no info! I tried a soft reset with no luck and called tech service and they had no luck. Any ideas? Thanks

Do a "check switch" that will reload guide data

sometimes it just takes 24 hours to update programming guide,are you able to at least watch each channel,if not I Would definately would be calling Dish.

TRIED IT AND IT WORKED! Too bad the Tech guy didn't think of this, real nice and helpful though.
