No locals to be seen in Cola. S.C.

This morning I called Dish Network to order my locals in Cola. and to get the Superdish. The CSR asked if i wanted the credit card auto pay so I would get the dish at no charge. I agreed and signed up. She informed me she could not give me an install date at that moment and to call about an hour later for the date. I called about two hours later and was informed they had no record of my order and that I would have to wait until Dec. 1 to order the dish. They did however have me signed up for the CC Auto Pay. HMMMMMMMMMM!!!!! Somebody explaine this to me please. The Byrd Watcher. Sorry about the repeat of this memo.
