Resubscribed to Dish recently. The video pixelates on my VIP222k only on hdmi. A different cable does not help. Had another 222k a couple of years ago and it was not a problem then with the same TV. You bought it used it looks like from an online dealer, displaying Gradys suggests that DISH never refurbished the receiver or cleared it. Seeing you self installed it you don't have the 60 day warranty DISH would provide. Call DISH and add the $7 protection plan and you should be able to get a service call for $15 you should get either a service call with replacement of the receiver, or instead of the service call a shipped replacement of the receiver. Seeing you did a self install they may want to check out your install instead of just replacing the receiver.
