Selecting Favorite Channels List as Default Guide on Startup

Does anyone know how to do this? I used to find in the settings where to set default channel and guide, but now I can't find where that setting is changed on a Hopper 3.

On a Hopper Duo, you hit the guide button twice to get to that option. Not sure if Hopper 3 is the same but I'm guessing that it might be.

That does take me to favorite channels, but does not provide an option for setting the favorite as the default guide

When you press guide twice you should see options like None and whatever Favorites channels you have established. You simply drop down to the Favorite and click on it and that will be your default guide.

Sometimes after an update, it will default back to all channels. Easy enough to reset it to a Favorites guide again.

I'm thinking that is what is happening. I continually change it to my list and it comes back to all subscribed.

I got around that by having a password on my receiver and locking out all the channels I do not watch.
It takes some time to get set up but I always get the same guide
