Model 522:

If TV1 wanted to record a program @ 8:00pm on channel 300/ would TV2 be able to record a different program (on a different channel) at the same time?

ALSO: When recording a program on channel 300, can I watch TV live on a different channel?

More complicated answer:

If you are recording two programs at the same time, however, you cannot watch a live broadcast of another channel. But you can watch a pre-recorded program on either/both TV's while it's recording 2 channels. The 522 has two tuners, so it can only see/record two live broadcasts at a time.
