I have not been able to watch anything that I have recorded when I used to have HBO and Starz on the Joeys. They give me a 013 error message saying tha[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]t "This is a subscription channel which has not been purchased". I can watch them on the Hoppers just fine, it's just an issue with the Joeys. I wrote into Dish's forum and one of their reps got back to me and we started a PM conversation to figure out the problem. He had me try a few things (reset, authorized "hit" on my receivers) then proceeded to tell me that since I don't subscribe to those channels I can't get them. I explained that that wasn't the issue since I am able to access them on the Hopper, and some of the content is actually transferred in from an old 722 through an external hard drive onto the Hopper. Which is then when he stopped responding (and we had been going back and forth fairly quickly, long enough for me to do the things he asked me to do). I then noticed his status was that he was not online anymore and on his signature that he worked until 4:30p EST and it was just after that. Which means he probably took off for the day. A little courtesy Hey, I'm leaving for the day would have been nice instead of just leaving me hanging and waiting for a response. I certainly didn't expect him to stay past when he was supposed to but I felt the least he could do was let me know he was leaving or transfer me to someone else who could continue to help me. We'd been going back and forth for an hour and a half, and at the end it was every 10 minutes or so.
Needless to say nothing got resolved.
