Is this a promotional thing (free digital copy) or have they changed subscriptions so that the digital copy is free but you can subscribe to a printed copy if you want one?

The free online PDF has been available since I got into FTA (about three years ago) but it is delayed by two weeks from the date the magazine is suppose to be available at books stores.

You can still subscribe to a printed copy if you want one.
