Anyone have any idea why Dish doesn't carry TFC? (The Fillipino Channel) I know D* has it and so does Comcast. I seem to recall Dish had it at some time in the past, but I could be wrong. Is it because of some exclusivity deal, or cost, or something else? I'm just wondering because of the sheer amount of cancelled jobs and frustrated Fillipino customers that find out when I come to do their install, that they won't be getting TFC.
