What's the most economical way to upgrade Hopper 2 to a Hopper 3?

I received only 1 reply on my previous post so I reworded this one, hoping I could get more feedback that would offer different approaches to attain the same objective. So how did you go about upgrading to your Hopper 3?

Best bet would probably be to contact a DIRT member on the board here and see what you qualify for and/or what they will offer you.
