If this is true, i hope the fith channel is Speed HD, if not Dish will get a ear full!!

Has this been reported yet? I know the channels have been but last i heard they were still labeled "TEMP". I figure it has been reported but I figured since i have not seen it I would post it again. From the EKB....
- Added names of the channels reportedly showing on the "TEMP" HD channels added last Wednesday. These channels are not available to the public. I have no way to verify that the channels reported are actually there, but this info was widely reported on several discussion boards.
- 9463 Tennis Channel
- 9483 MGM
- 9484 MOJO (formerly called INHD)
- 9492 Smithsonian
- 9494 World Fishing Network
Don't forget we are still waiting on SciFi and USA HD... 7 Channels floating around on Dish just waiting to get activated...
Smith and MGM sure have my attention. Mojo might turn a few heads since its no longer exclusively on cable.
I may have a tough time getting into the other two...but I'm not complaining...
That's not the situation.
Dish would be happy to activate them - but they cannot do so legally, without a signed contract from the channels.
I hear there is little to no actual HD on WFN. Can anyone verify this? If they add an HD Fishing channel and it doesn't actually have HD I'm going to be really pissed that they wasted the space on that...
When my wife finds out that D* will be activating Hallmark HD in April, she'll be hounding me to switch back. Come to think of it, women do make most of the major decisions in our lives. E*, you best take note and get on the ball with your HD content. According to Hallmark announcement, carriers will not be charged extra to carry the HD channel, so hopefully, E* will find some space to add it at same time as D*.
They're not going to provide TWO racing channels in HD right now.. especially with bandwidth issues. One is enough
Thats not good enough. To get the discount you have to actually watch the channel for a certain number of hours per month. Leaving it on and going to do the dishes doesnt count. If you are not sitting there watching it they will know.
How will they know this? This is almost impossible for them to find out if you are not actually watching it.
Irregardless my wife will have the QVC HD on all the time it just won't be on the main tv.
I had hoped for SPEED HD, as well, in time for the Daytona coverage, but doesn't look like it's gonna happen
