I've come to the conclusion that this Saints offense is unguarable. This team is practically invincible, especially at home. And just as long as they continue to win, they won't have to worry about playing outside of New Orleans during the playoffs either. That is scary.

The only way to counter this offense is for an opposing team to score more. It's that simple. And there are only two offenses/QB's left that have that type of shot... Mr. Favre and the Vikings and Mr. Manning and the Colts.

i still think the vikings are more of a complete team and can knock out the saints in the playoffs. I still love what the saints are doing and would like to see them in the SB. the chances saints go 16-0 are looking stronger.

I heard the same thing about my Bills when they ran the no-huddle and the Pats of 2007, and they were still stopped.

As much as I'd love to see the Saints and all this firepower represent the NFC in the Super Bowl, I can still see an elite defense stopping them in the playoffs.

Despite the Saints dominance tonight, I like the Vikings team a little bit better (especially defensively).

I'd give the Vikings defensive line the edge, but as for the secondary, I'll take the Saints. They have 7 TD's by themselves! Until last week, the Saints D had more TD's than the Browns offense!

BTW, the Pats' closing schedule is not exactly Murderers Row-

Miami (they got exposed by the Bills), Carolina (they're a mess), Buffalo (there's a better chance you'll see HD root for the Steelers than the Bills do of beating the Pats), Jacksonville (They are the NFL's most schizophrenic team) and Houston (they can't close games).

Miami (they got exposed by the Bills), Carolina (they're a mess), Buffalo (there's a better chance you'll see HD root for the Steelers than the Bills do of beating the Pats), Jacksonville (They are the NFL's most schizophrenic team) and Houston (they can't close games).

It doesn't really matter though. The Pats seem to be pretty safe for a playoff spot (2 game lead in the East with all the tiebreakers). BUT, their shot at the #2 seed took a severe hit tonight.

That Miami loss to Buffalo yesterday was HUGE in the AFC East. IF the Dolphins won yesterday, they would be playing the Pats for first place next Sunday.

Tonight's loss to the Saints broke the Pats 17 game winning streak against the NFC.

Since losing to Carolina in week 2 of the 2005 season, the Pats have beaten every NFC team at least once (Atlanta and Tampa Bay twice each) except the Panthers.

Coincidentally, the Patriots next interconference game is in two weeks against Carolina in Foxboro.

BTW, I would suspect that EVERY O and D linemen have a concussion on a regular basis, seeing they are hitting each other on EVERY play, but you never hear about them.

I really wouln't think so myself, just because they don't hit each other on with a running start.

these players need to understand that the rules for how this issue is handled will be different for now on. I agree with it! Playing this sport with a concussion is stupid imo. risking your health or even your life because you cant sit out at least one game is ridiculous. nothing macho about it at all

Yeah, did you hear what (the fullback that used to play for the Steelers) said about what happened to him. He actually died in the lockeroom one game and they had to bring him back to life.
