Al-Jazeera To Launch Two Sports Networks For US: Any Thoughts?

I am curious to see the ratings of other soccer channels compared to the ratings of other sports in this country.

Interesting ...
I assumed from the title that they would air soccer from the Arab world. Until a few weeks ago, I had a Moroccan graduate student who worked for me, and he was obsessed with soccer... their national team and Real Madrid. This looks like they will be airing things that used to air here on other channels. Not at all what I expected.

I think it's beIN Sports USA. They've also signed away veteran match commentator Phil Schoen away from GOL TV. Could Ray Hudson be far behind?

BeIN Sports USA, I think, would be the umbrella name for the two new networks.

DId you not read the press release?

Of course it's BeIn Sports, as was mentioned before in post#8. Channels 1 & 2.
