I'm guessing not, as that would take to much away from what Dish wants to do with its spectrum, but I could see them authorizing SlingTV or unlimited streaming of Dish Anywhere on TMobile service.

It wouldn't surprise me for Dish to offer a LTE based broadband service like Verizon's LTE Installed (formerly HomeFusion) and AT&T's Wireless Home Phone and Internet. Probably will have some sort of bundle, and perhaps Dish on Demand streaming/downloads might not count toward used data.

That's what I have been afraid of all along, is Charlie's Ego getting in the way of a successful deal . But like I've said before and the article references also, this deal is essential for BOTH companies to flourish in the long run. Without a merger DISH's options look bleaker.

I can imagine how these negotiations will go. DT which is desperate to unload T-Mobile and Dish, which needs to find someway to use their spectrum before they lose it.

I can only wonder if DISH is leaking the T Mobile News in order to pressure Sprint into playing ball with them. It is my understanding they have been talking with and working with Sprint, but the movement has been slow. Could this be Charlies ploy to speed up Sprint into playing ball?

I dropped T-Mo over a year ago for just that reason. Plus, there are plenty of dead zones on my way to the in-laws. I won't be going back to them.

Yeah I think Sprint would be a better partner but we will just have to wait and see how it turns out if it happens at all..

With Sprint I had to have a microcell at home and as soon as I walked away from house coverage was mediocre. Speeds absolutely sucked. Verizon got OK coverage at home, at work at near zero coverage. I refuse to try the Death Star.

The current wisdom holds that Dish Network (NASDAQISH) and T-Mobile's (NYSE:TMUS) combination bid might have a relatively easy time with regulators, and it shouldn't face debt problems either, says one analyst.
“Dish bond covenants are very loose,” says Covenant Review analyst Scott Josefsberg, and the satellite provider would have “wide latitude to structure a transaction." Meanwhile, T-Mobile covenants allow for the firm to issue at least $10B more in debt. Dish Network has an enterprise value of $45.8B; T-Mobile's is $52.9B.
Meanwhile, Citigroup's Michael Rollins says the other option is clear for spectrum-rich Dish: Sell itself to Verizon (NYSE:VZ).
He thinks that's the likely outcome for a number of reasons, including the need for Verizon to keep up with AT&T/DirecTV, the spectrum shortage that Verizon currently faces heading into next year's incentive auction, and the chance for Dish to make a shift to IP video to "dramatically" increase magnitude and duration of video cash flows.
He has Dish and T-Mobile rated at Buy and raised T-Mobile's price target to $46, while maintaining Dish's target at $94. Today: DISH +1.7% to $75.51; TMUS +2.3% to $40.24; VZ -1.8% to $47.25.

Death Star was my only real option for coverage. But I'm not paying them directly, I'm paying much lower prices with Consumer Cellular.

As am I. Much more flexible than Sprint my former service.
