As a former Charter customer, I strongly suggest you do not fool with those guys. Customer service is horrible and cable service sucks too.

New Weather Channel look That's Accuweather for ya. :) I've been told on a TWC messageboard that it's coming. It's been undergoing testing in Atlanta for quite some time, but won't reveal when DirecTV viewers will get it.

My receiver was interactive up until a few weeks ago. Now I can access it, but I can't select anything...and I have the D10. Besides, I hated AccuWeather's maps and info. Bring on TWC.
